Our RADAR™ customer security portal gives you secure, real-time access to comprehensive data on your network's security profile. It details the attacks being directed at your assets and logs all activities affecting your security posture, including the specific actions taken by ProtectPoint™ analysts to thwart malicious activity.

RADAR features include:

  • On-demand reporting—presents data on the health and configuration of your ProtectPoint appliance; daily, weekly, monthly reporting on attack attempts, including attack source and destination, attack severity, ports targeted.
  • Incident response tracking—presents event and incident details, actions taken, analysts involved, date and time data, attack header and payload, and more.
  • Transaction audit trail—captures all security-related activities including device logins, rule updates, configuration changes, actions taken, and alerts issued.
  • On-demand support—allows you to submit support requests online and view status / history of all submitted requests.
  • Threat Watch—presents your network's specific threat statistics in the context of the global threat level for all ProtectPoint's managed appliances.
