The Test Results screen shows that the device in question was quarantined because it failed the Anti-Spyware test (1). The Message field (2) reports that the laptop does not have any of the supported anti-spyware packages (2). We can now instruct the enduser to install the required software or open a trouble ticket with the IT group, or if the situation warrants, we can instantly grant the user network access by clicking the Change Access link (3). After the necessary software has been installed, we can manually re-test the endpoint to verify compliance. |
