Advisory Board

The StillSecure Advisory Board assists the management team in achieving the corporate mission of providing an integrated suite of network security solutions to mid and large-sized enterprises. The Advisory Board is composed of respected leaders in Internet security and technology from both private and public companies.

Christopher Darby
Mr. Darby most recently served as Chairman and CEO of @stake, the world's largest independent internet security consulting company. Prior to joining @stake, Mr. Darby served as president and CEO of Interpath. Interpath was a leading ap plication service provider (ASP) offering managed hosting services, IP-based business applications, and Internet consulting. Before Interpath, Mr. Darby held senior executive responsibilities for telecom industry initiatives, corporate strategy, and alliances at Digital Equipment Corporation. Early in his career Mr. Darby held positions at Northern Telecom and Bell Northern Research, participating in ISDN development and the deployment of data switching technologies around the world. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Darby serves on the Board of Visitors for the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Stephanie Fohn
Ms. Fohn has a broad base of management and entrepreneurial experience, with particular expertise in information security. Most recently, she was president and chief operating officer of SecurityFocus, the leading provider of enterpris e security threat management systems. The company was acquired by Symantec Corporation in August 2002. Previously, she served as vice president of marketing and business development for Tripwire, Inc. and director of distribution partn erships for Infoseek/Go Network. Ms. Fohn began her career in the security industry as director of business development for Pilot Network Services, Inc., one of the industry's first managed security service providers. Prior to joining Pilot, she spent 6 years in venture capital and investment banking in the technology arena.

Wendy Lea
Wendy is a managing partner of the Chatham Group and entrepreneur who has successfully built a global services business and serves as an advisor on integrated sales and marketing strategies and alliances to venture-backed start-up companies. She serves as Chairman of the Board for Eventvue, a service to help event attendees network to find their next business partner, customer, or employee; and a board member for Aegis Analytics, Metallect and The Forum of Women Entrepreneurs & Executives. Wendy is an active partner for SV2 (Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund), an organization that aims to make a local impact through building the capacity of nonprofit organizations. She is an advisor for TechStars, a start-up fund/incubator founded by a group of Colorado-based entrepreneurs promoting entrepreneurial activity in their home state. Prior to her entrepreneurial activities, Wendy led Siebel Systems' eBusiness Consulting division, joining them in 1999 as a result of its acquisition of OnTarget, Inc., where she held the position of VP of Marketing and Alliances.

David Payne
Mr. Payne has more than 13 years of professional financial and business/corporate development experience. Most recently, he ran a business and corporate development effort for TruSecure, a leading managed security service provider. In this position, Mr. Payne was responsible for the creation of strategic partnerships in the financial, healthcare and international markets. In addition, he was responsible for the identification and assessment of potential acquisition targets in the information security sector. Prior to TruSecure, Mr. Payne was a Managing Director at Credit Lyonnais, with a focus on Latin American private equity where he ran Credit Lyonnais' investment and commercial bank in Argenti na. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Payne was based in New York and in Chicago and responsible for the Bank's relationship with numerous multinational clients.

David Scholtz
Mr. Scholtz is Vice President, Americas Field Alliances, Mercury Interactive. He is presently responsible for all field sales pursuits and go-to-market activities with alliance partners in the Americas. In this role, he manages the joi nt-selling relationships with large systems integrators, such as Accenture, BearingPoint and IBM Global Services, as well as overseeing Mercury's Solutions Partner Program, consisting of nearly 150 partner companies ranging from multi- national outsourcers to regional systems integrators. Mr. Scholtz~Rs team is distributed across North and South America and manages over 100M dollars per year in partner-related sales for Mercury. Prior to Mercury, Mr. Scholtz was the President and CEO of CoreMatter, Inc., a software and services firm that he founded to deliver solutions to manage the community involvement activities for large corporations. CoreMatter was Mr. Scholtz's second start-up, as he was pre viously a founder of Fort Point Partners, a services company that developed web-based business applications, where he was the VP of Sales. Before venturing into the start-up world, he sold enterprise software for Walker Interactive, a vendor of mainframe-based ERP solutions, and designed custom software applications for Fortune 500 clients while at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Federal Advisory Board

StillSecure's Federal Advisory Board provides strategic council to the management team for strengthening the company's presence in the Federal sector. The board includes highly decorated and respected members of military and civilian sectors.

Brigadier General James Miller, Jr.
Brigadier General James Miller, Jr., Chairman of the StillSecure Federal Advisory Board, retired from active duty in 1998. With almost 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, General Miller served in various positions including Commander, Air Intelligence Agency and Director of the Joint Command and Control Warfare Center; Director of Intelligence, HQ US European Command (EUCOM); Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, HQ USAF; Commander, National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC); Deputy Director of Plans, HQAF Intelligence Command (AFIC); and other intelligence assignments worldwide.

Major General Ronald Beckwith
Major General Ronald Beckwith retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1991 after 34 years of service. His military career includes multiple combat tours and aviation command assignments at the Squadron, Group and Wing level. Also included was service in senior level staff assignments in OSD, the Marine, Army, and Secretary of the Navy headquarters in budget preparation and execution oversight. Upon retirement, General Beckwith founded LeeCor, Inc., a professional services company focused on business development for emerging technologies, including development of marketing strategies. Specific focus areas include digital imaging and storage, high speed data exchange, data encryption, and enterprise network architectures.

Rear Admiral Johanson
Rear Admiral Johanson retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1991 after 36 years of service. In addition to an afloat command and two aviation command assignments, Admiral Johanson held senior positions including: Chief, Office of Engineering, Logistics and Development; Commander, First Coast Guard District; Chief of Staff to Commander, Third District; Deputy Chief, Office of Engineering; and Chief, Aeronautical Engineering Division.

Lieutenant General Charles Otstott
Lieutenant General Charles Otstott has over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army. Currently, LTG serves as Vice President in the Army sector for Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd., after five years of consulting for the company on projects across a variety of C4ISR and ground combat topics as well as a project with the Joint IED Defeat Task Force and Office supporting US Forces in OIF/OEF. Prior to working with Burdeshaw Associates, he held senior leadership positions at Innovative Logistics Inc. (INNOLOG), BNN Technologies, and Global Infotech, Inc.

Vice Admiral Ronald Route
Vice Admiral Ronald Route is the Senior Vice President, Naval and Maritime Programs at Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd. He retired from the Navy in January 2008 after completing more than 36 years on active duty. In addition to serving as Naval Inspector General, Admiral Route's flag officer assignments have included President, Naval War College; Commander, Navy Warfare Development Command; command of the GEORGE WASHINGTON Carrier Strike Group, and senior leadership responsibilities on the headquarters staff of the Chief of Naval Operations.
