    • Security Analyst I

    Security Analyst I is a member of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team and analyzes and responds to real time alerts from Intrusion Detection Prevention Sensors (IDPS), assists customers with firewall policy and rule changes, and modifies rules for Content Filtering,  Spam Eradication services, and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).  This challenging position requires a good knowledge of networking including basic sub netting and the use of Network Address Translation (NAT) and routing.  Working in the SOC requires good telephone and documentation skills.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Analyze and respond to real time IDPS based signature alerts
    • Open specific ports for required services on a firewall
    • Use NAT to hide local systems behind a firewall
    • Modify URL Content Filtering rules
    • Professionally answer and respond to telephone requests
    • Respond in a timely manner to service request tickets
    • Demonstrate best network security practices
    The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a network operations center or security operations center.  They have hands on experience working with firewalls and other security appliances entering and revising rules, policies, and configurations.  In addition, the ideal candidate thrives on demonstrating their creative problem-solving, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills including experience documenting activities in a trouble ticketing system.  And the ideal candidate has a passion for learning and exploring the latest and best practices in network security.

    Systems Administrator

    The Systems Administrator is a key member of the Superior, Colorado, technical support team. This position requires outstanding customer service as well as technical skills. The candidate will provide support at the Superior, Colorado offices and to remote employees outside of the Denver area. The position includes supporting Windows desktops and laptops, printer troubleshooting and regular maintenance, support of Windows servers, and employee add/change/moves within the company. Some basic Linux operating systems skills are a plus. This person’s primary responsibility will be to provide help desk support for workstations, networked printers, and software intended to increase the productivity of StillSecure personnel. This person will also be directly involved in the acquisition and distribution of new or repurposed hardware and software purchased for the sites, as well as fulfillment of hardware sent to customers during product evaluations.  After hours support will be required on an “as needed” basis.

    Education / Experience / Skill Requirements:
    • 2 -year college degree (or above) in computer-related field or equivalent experience
    • 4-6 years of experience supporting users in a business environment
    • Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
    • The ability to prioritize workload and adjust accordingly as situations change

    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
    • Active Directory and Exchange experience in an enterprise environment

    • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office, and Outlook with Exchange

    • Laptop, desktop, and server hardware knowledge to include configuration and troubleshooting of systems
    • Good understanding of networked printers, print queues, and setting up various printer ports (LPR, TCP/IP).

    • Proficient in Windows and Linux command line environments 

    • Good working knowledge of local and internet connectivity
    • Some experience with IP, ethernet, firewall, router, Wi-Fi and VPN principles and management
    • Exposure and interest in Linux command line usage or equivalent training 
    • Strong organization, problem analysis, and problem solving skills necessary

    • Must be able to function independently, research and resolve issues as they arrive, and maintain

    This position will be based out of our office in Superior, Colorado

    Reports to Senior VP of Engineering.
