Rajat Bhargava
Chairman and CEO
As Chairman and CEO of StillSecure, Rajat Bhargava is responsible for defining the company's vision and strategy as well as executing on that vision. StillSecure is Mr. Bhargava's fifth venture funded company. Three of his companies have successfully exited, including two IPOs and one acquisition by a public company.
Mr. Bhargava is co-founder and board member of Quova, the leading geolocation provider. Prior to Quova, Mr. Bhargava was co-founder of Interliant, a leading ASP. Mr. Bhargava was also co-founder and a board member of Service Metrics, a Web performance monitoring company. Prior to Service Metrics, Mr. Bhargava was co-founder, Chairman, President and CEO of NetGenesis, a leading Web-site usage analysis software company. Service Metrics was acquired by Exodus Communications in 1999. Interliant and NetGenesis both went public and were subsequently acquired.
Mr. Bhargava is a graduate of MIT, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Peter van der Fluit
Peter van der Fluit is currently an independent IT advisor who advises several software and ICT companies on strategy and operations. He is a former COO of Cordys. Mr. van der Fluit spent 18 years with HP, including positions as VP and worldwide sales manager for HP Software, VP of worldwide and EMEA enterprise field marketing, Director of Global Commercial Alliances, and Global Alliance Manager SAP. He has worked and lived in Germany, the Netherlands, and the US. Mr. van der Fluit started his career at NCR. He holds an MBA and MS from Temple University, Philadelphia; a BBA from Nijenrode, the Netherlands, and he is an AMP (advanced management program) graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
Will Herman
As a serial entrepreneur, Will Herman has held various president, CEO and co-founder positions at companies such as Innoveda, Inc., Viewlogic Systems, Scopus Technology, Inc., Silerity, Inc., and Dataware Logic. Mr. Herman is currently on the Board of Directors for four private companies, including StillSecure, AccuRev, Carbon Design, and TrustPlus. Previously, he held board positions with several other public and private companies, including Template Graphics Software, Hall Kinion, Rebar, Lexra, Quintus, Viewlogic Systems, Innoveda, Silerity, ChannelWave and Bionaut Pharmaceuticals.

Brad Feld
Brad has been an early stage investor and entrepreneur for over twenty years. Prior to co-founding
Foundry Group,
he co-founded Mobius Venture Capital and, prior to that, founded Intensity Ventures, a company that helped launch
and operate software companies and later became a venture affiliate of the predecessor to Mobius Venture Capital.
Brad currently serves on the board of directors of
Gnip,
Oblong, and
Zynga Game Network
for Foundry Group.
Previously, Brad served as chief technology officer of AmeriData Technologies. AmeriData acquired Feld Technologies,
a firm he founded in 1987 that specialized in custom software applications. Brad had grown Feld Technologies into
one of Boston's leading software consulting firms prior to the acquisition. He also directed the diversification into
software consulting at AmeriData, a $1.5 billion publicly-traded company which was acquired by GE Capital in 1995.
In addition to his investing efforts, Brad has been active with several non-profit organizations and currently is
chairman of the National Center for Women & Information Technology and co-chairman of the Colorado Governor's
Innovation Council. Brad is a nationally recognized speaker on the topics of venture capital investing and
entrepreneurship and writes widely read and well respected blogs at

Brad holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology. Brad is also an avid art collector and long-distance runner. He has completed ten marathons as part
of his mission to run a marathon in each of the fifty states.
