Brigadier General James Miller, Jr.
Brigadier General James Miller, Jr., Chairman of the StillSecure Federal Advisory Board, retired from active duty in 1998. With almost 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, General Miller served in various positions including Commander, Air Intelligence Agency and Director of the Joint Command and Control Warfare Center; Director of Intelligence, HQ US European Command (EUCOM); Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, HQ USAF; Commander, National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC); Deputy Director of Plans, HQAF Intelligence Command (AFIC); and other intelligence assignments worldwide.
Major General Ronald Beckwith
Major General Ronald Beckwith retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1991 after 34 years of service. His military career includes multiple combat tours and aviation command assignments at the Squadron, Group and Wing level. Also included was service in senior level staff assignments in OSD, the Marine, Army, and Secretary of the Navy headquarters in budget preparation and execution oversight. Upon retirement, General Beckwith founded LeeCor, Inc., a professional services company focused on business development for emerging technologies, including development of marketing strategies. Specific focus areas include digital imaging and storage, high speed data exchange, data encryption, and enterprise network architectures.
Lieutenant General Charles Otstott
Lieutenant General Charles Otstott has over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army. Currently, LTG serves as Vice President in the Army sector for Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd., after five years of consulting for the company on projects across a variety of C4ISR and ground combat topics as well as a project with the Joint IED Defeat Task Force and Office supporting US Forces in OIF/OEF. Prior to working with Burdeshaw Associates, he held senior leadership positions at Innovative Logistics Inc. (INNOLOG), BNN Technologies, and Global Infotech, Inc.
Vice Admiral Ronald Route
Vice Admiral Ronald Route is the Senior Vice President, Naval and Maritime Programs at Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd. He retired from the Navy in January 2008 after completing more than 36 years on active duty. In addition to serving as Naval Inspector General, Admiral Route's flag officer assignments have included President, Naval War College; Commander, Navy Warfare Development Command; command of the GEORGE WASHINGTON Carrier Strike Group, and senior leadership responsibilities on the headquarters staff of the Chief of Naval Operations.
